The program oversight and monitoring branch of Celegrande Consulting LLC assesses how well your program meets predetermined standards and outcome measures.
- Review the standards or work plan by which your program is evaluated;
- Review the outcomes measures your program is responsible for achieving;
- Assess the degree to which your program meets these standards and outcome measures;
- Collaborate with designated staff members to develop realistic strategies to meet program standards and outcome measures or correct identified deficiencies;
- Conduct on-site reviews;
- Train program staff on program monitoring policies, procedures, standards, and outcome measures;
- Assist you and your staff to successfully meet and/or exceed program standards and outcome measures; and
- Conduct field-based grantee technical assistance on program monitoring policies, procedures, and standards.
